All orders are processed within 1-3 business days upon payment confirmation. Please note that processing time does not include weekends, U.S. federal holidays, or any additional time required for custom product preparation and bulk cargo packaging. Orders placed after 12 PM (noon) EST will be processed the next business day. Once the order processing is completed, our logistics team will arrange professional loading and freight preparation for all large-volume products to ensure safe transportation.

2. Shipping Methods

We exclusively provide freight shipping solutions adapted for large-volume and oversized products, including ocean freight for international transit combined with final-mile delivery via FedEx Freight or dedicated truck delivery for all domestic U.S. shipments. Shipping costs are calculated based on the total volume, gross weight, and final delivery address of your order (with additional fees for remote U.S. regions). During checkout, you will be able to view the detailed shipping cost and select your preferred freight delivery option; our customer service team will also proactively contact you to confirm all oversized cargo shipping details and delivery requirements.

3. Delivery Time

All delivery times start from a minimum of 30 business days from the date of order shipping, and the actual delivery window varies based on your specific shipping address, freight logistics conditions and port clearance progress. The estimated delivery time for different U.S. regions is as follows:

• For shipments to major U.S. metropolitan areas and urban centers: 30-45 business days
• For shipments to remote U.S. regions, rural areas and non-contiguous states: 45-60 business days

Please note that delivery times may be subject to unforeseen delays due to objective factors, such as ocean freight transit issues, U.S. customs inspections and clearance procedures, port loading and unloading delays, inclement weather, or regional transportation restrictions. In the event of any logistics delays, our team will notify you promptly via email and provide updated delivery estimates and logistics progress.

4. Multi-Package Delivery & Order Tracking

Due to the large volume and oversized characteristics of our products, a single order may be split into multiple packages for separate freight shipping and delivery, which is determined based on cargo loading requirements, transportation safety and logistics efficiency. Please note that the order delivery process is not completed upon receipt of one package—all remaining packages will be delivered successively within the stated delivery window, and our logistics team will coordinate the delivery schedule to ensure the shortest possible interval between packages.

Once your order has been shipped from our warehouse and the shipping documents are completed, you will receive a detailed shipping confirmation email containing a dedicated freight tracking number and official logistics tracking link. You can use this information to monitor the real-time transit progress of your shipment; for FedEx Freight or truck delivery, the tracking link will also show the estimated final-mile delivery date, and the driver's contact information (where applicable) for delivery coordination.

5. Customs and Import Fees

All international shipments to the U.S. are subject to formal U.S. customs clearance procedures for bulk cargo. Customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees and any other related customs charges for large-volume freight shipments are not included in the stated shipping cost and are the sole legal responsibility of the order recipient. We will provide all necessary and complete commercial documentation (including commercial invoice, detailed packing list, and cargo description) to facilitate smooth customs clearance; we strongly recommend consulting a professional U.S. customs broker or reviewing the latest policies of U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) before placing your order to understand all applicable customs fees and clearance requirements.

6. Final-Mile Delivery Notes

For FedEx Freight or dedicated truck delivery of large-volume and oversized products, the delivery driver will deliver all packages to your designated shipping address (curbside delivery by default, which means the driver will unload the cargo at the curb of your address). Additional services including inside delivery, door-to-door delivery, cargo assembly or installation are not included in the standard shipping service; if you require any of these premium services, please contact our customer service team in advance to confirm availability and arrange for additional paid services.
